Great remodeled apartment that was in a convenient location for taking the subways. No staff available however, and the website for contactless check-in had broken links for requesting services, so we were unable to leave our luggage for for an hour after check-out at 11 and had to pay an additional 50 to do so nearby. I would say it’s a good place to stay if you don’t need any of the services of a hotel or contact with anyone. Beds are nice and rooms are well appointed, and there is a lift between floors. The Main Street it is on isn’t the best and there are homeless people as your view but just a short walk for a train.

The room was very small with only one bedside table and no lamps. One side of the bed was positioned against the wall making it difficult to access.

The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel.

Beautiful decor, perfect location for museums, restaurants, cafe and shops. Tube station nearby. Excellent special tea services in salon.
