"There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages "

"The house is located perfectly in the village and for access to the surrounding area ( Daylesford). Excellent pubs in the village ( the plough and the wild Rabbit). Book ahead though as they are very popular. House was clean. The heating took a while to figure out, however, Olivia was on hand to answer any questions and sort out any issues. Despite the house sleeping 8 people, the sitting room only had one sofa and a couple of chairs. Perhaps could do with another sofa to make it more comfortable. Lovely enclosed garden which was great for our dog. "

"Lower Barn is a comfortable, cosy and pleasantly decorated cottage. The location is great as you can access the High Street directly through a gate. Parking is a little bit tight, but understandable given the cottage's location at the heart of the town. Unfortunately when we arrived we had no internet and no mobile signal. This also meant that we could not use the television. We attempted to reboot the WiFi, but could not fix it. When we went out I sent an email to the cottage contact and then texted them the following morning. I have never received a reply. My husband needed the internet for work and as we didn't feel the problem would be fixed on a weekend we sadly went home early and did not stay for our second night."

"We had a great stay at snowdrop cottage! Check in instructions were super clear, we arrived to find bread, eggs, milk etc which was a really nice touch after a long day. The house was super clean and so well equipped. We had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of towels etc. would really recommend a stay here."

"No complaints at all, lovely little cottage in a lovely little village. Hosts helpful when needed, would definitely come back! If anything the pictures on the listing don’t do the cottage justice! "

"We have just returned from a New Years break at Upper Barn and had a fantastic time as a party of 6 + 1 dog. The cottage is beautiful, very clean and is equipped with everything you need for a break away. The log fire creates a cosy environment and the hot tub is delightful. We did find the owner difficult to contact ahead of our visit when requesting early check-in. Despite calling a number of times and leaving a message nobody got back to us which was disappointing (especially given the contact number was also the emergency contact number that nobody was responding to). Overall a great stay and would recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Tuke’s Cottage. The kitchen was very well appointed, the bedrooms were extremely comfortable with great bedding, and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Our host was incredibly kind and even provided Christmas decorations, which made our holiday stay feel extra special. The location was perfect—easy walking distance to town, restaurants, and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
