"Lovely large room with a comfortable bed but not convinced this is a Boutique Hotel. The entrance and staircase is incredibly shabby and the place is wearing out. The bath tap was broken, picture above the headboard broken and we ended up living over a very loud Tuesday evening Asian party in the Indian pub below. For the price I was expecting much more. "

"Quaint little room, smaller than it appeared in photos, but the location couldn’t have been better. I had to step out of the bathroom to be able to towel off after a (cramped as well) shower, but the towel warmer was nice, and the kitchenette services kept."

"It was absolutely incredible. Great location, 3-5 min walk to a bus station, underground and overground tube stations. All convenience stores around the location. The apartment itself is very well equipped and the contact with the team although contactless was completely seamless during our stay. Would definitely recommend."

"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "

"Once we figured out how to get in, the stay was amazing. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The apartment was in good condition nicely renovated and well equipped. We walked to Portobello market in Saturday and spend the whole day there. Our experience with the check in was not so good due to missing communication from the host. That must be improved."

"It was a good stay for us. We were able to sleep well despite the trains. We took the bus from Kensal House to Ladebroke Grove and from there the underground. The bus station can be reached quickly via a flight of stairs. When we came back in the evening, there is a smaller Sansburry's right next to Ladebroke Grove station which is open until 23:00. "

"Appartement très bien situé, en tres bon état et tres propre. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est très confortable. Les 2 metros sont à 10/15min mais plusieurs bus passent à 5/10min. Little Venice accessible le long du canal à 30min à pied. Un grand Sainsbury est à 15 min à pied mais plein de superettes autour (dont un coast cutter) Bien adapté pour 4 adultes, peut etre juste pour 6 (SdB petite et WC non séparés), et trop petit pour 8."
