"Good, inexpensive property, very basic, but according to its price. Conveniently located. Not in the centre of Bordeaux, but a tram stop and a river tram one are nearby. It was clean. Property has own parking. Breakfast is simple. After 23.00 the main entrance was closed with no one in the reception and our card hasn’t worked, so we had to go through the parking to get to the hotel (keep your parking code just in case)"

"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. There is a nice eating area with restaurants and bars behind the building that serve great food. Tram is easy to get too, location was ideal."
