We had a lovely stay, beautiful spacious and spotless bedroom. Breakfast was very good, however the staff were very very prompt in closing down the service, switching of the lights while we were still finishing our breakfast. Only 1 person at the front desk spoke any English. But definitely recommend this hotel.

1 day get away

Great place with free parking, request ticket at parking kiosk via voice then get it validated at end, breakfest was awesome best bacon ever, staff speaks great english, lots of restaurants nearby, left car there and uber myself to downtown and avoid eco car penalty. 45 min drive to sain emilion.

This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Nice mordern hotel. Easy access to oarking although very tight. Not for big cars. Nice room, large and comfortable. Not too far from downtown and still has good restaurants around.

Good location if you have a car as there is parking. Several restaurants in the area. Can walk to wine museum. A bit of a walk to street car but doable. We took it once to get into town. Hotel was very nice. Bed comfortable. Coffee machine in room. .

Good stay , away from city

Great staff and service About 15 min walk from metro station which takes another 15 min to take you to city. Most of the aspects are great, staff is amazing, Rooms are smaller but comfortable
