Truly a five-star experience. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully considered. Some of the most pleasant front desk staff I’ve ever encountered in my travels. Service at the hotel restaurant was painfully slow but the restaurant staff were very pleasant nonetheless. Very comfortable bedding, it was hard to get up out of bed in the morning. Room was very spacious by European standards and finely decorated.

The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Being from the states we were slightly worried about communication. They understood and spoke English very well which made check in and parking much easier. Valet services for personal cars were helpful as well. The room was beautiful and better than our expectations. A lot of features that we wished to have in hotels in the states, such as towel dryers and do not disturb buttons. The rooms appeared to be cleaned twice daily and well maintained. I will definitely be back with friends for our next trip to Bordeaux. Highly recommended. My only negative comment is it is a bit far of a walking distance from the main city areas but otherwise that helps keep the hotel area very quiet.

The hotel was a perfect first stop for our trip.the bed was comfortable and the room was a great size.we ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. I tried the spa twice hoping the steam room or sauna would be working but both times the staff couldn’t figure it out. The indoor pool was lovely. Location is very walkable and the bakery down the street was the perfect morning stop.

Outstanding hotel in every way - helpful staff from check-in to cleaning to restaurant to valet. Very well run hotel that made our stay a real pleasure. Rooms were well appointed and very high quality. Plenty of outlets for charging. Comfortable bed and great shower with spacious bathroom. Dinners at the restaurant were memorable with great food and service. Breakfast each day had a large selection of foods to choose from. We will return most definitely.

Hotel is slightly outside the city, but if you don’t mind grabbing a cab or walking 30-40 min, it’s perfect. Property is in great condition, breakfast was good, and spa/gym was nice. Good value for money.
