"The hotel and location is very good,sadly due to my error in not checking the date of our check in for 1 night ,we turned up on the day I thought I had reserved but in reality was 1 day late according to my online booking The hotel charged me for both the incorrect night and the actual night of our stay . as it is an expensive hotel it has cost us a lot of money and distress of my own making. The staff are obviously passionate about what they do, and go to great lengths to he welcoming and accommodating.The wine tour and tasting was very thorough and equally delicious! "

"Exceptional service and generally superb attitude, friendliness and care. Always available staff. Great character and design. Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air. Wouldn’t be issue if you’re happy to not. Breakfast was lovely and has all you need hot or cold. Great location."
