"This is a very small apartment in Les Chartrons. The location is great and check in was easy However, the apartment has some problems.. the front door shakes when anyone enters the building and insulation is poor so you hear every footstep or sound right into the living room kitchen. The bathroom is not well renovated.. the shower door doesn’t open fully so it hits the toilet seat and the air ventilator doesn’t ever turn off so you hear it making noise in the night. "The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights."
