"The property is absolutely stunning! The decor and finish is of such a high spec. The communal room is lovely and the pool and outside area is beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and just enough to start your day! The hosts are lovely and attentive just enough but not in your face. The location is great and close enough to walk into town. "Absolute best location! Literally a one minute walk to the tram hub and opera house. Very quiet hotel which suited us just fine for this trip. Our room was huge with three large windows which opened to allow air flow. The hotel was very clean. One thing that we did not like was you could not get a coffee from the machine during the breakfast hours unless you were eating breakfast (and yes, they had coffee in your room but no milk) not the end of the world but kind of silly really. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "
