"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. "It’s a beautiful property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was very good. They do not provide much in the way of toiletries. They charge for using a bicycle. I have eaten dinner in the main dining room and the meal was excellent. Hiwever, I was unable to get into the dining room this time and dined at the bar, outside. We both ordered a steak and potato meal that followed a simple and delicious salad. Unfortunately, we both found our two a steaks, cooked à point ( medium rare) tough, gristly, and almost inedible. We each left two thirds of the beef uneaten. Such a disappointment."
