The hotel is very clean and comfortable, good beds, nice linen and towels. No views but that’s to be expected when you’re staying on Broadway. Well appointed, will appeal to business travellers as well as leisure travellers-convenient to the city and also Central. Staff were eager to assist and nice touches like having our bags taken to our room before we returned to finalise check in. Good buffet breakfast. Good value, I’d go back.

Friendly staff at reception and at the hotel restaurant Kensington St Social. Very helpful recommending local restaurants and places to visit. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. The hotel is located close to Central Railway with easy access to the City, Chinatown, Glebe, Surry Hills and Newtown shopping strips and restaurants

3pm check-in is a bit late for business travellers, and the early check-in fee of $80 is excessive - especially when there was a room available. It would have cost the hotel NOTHING to give me access prior to 3pm.

We have stayed in Sydney a number of times over many years. Previously we have been in everything from 5 star to apartments and other 3 star properties. 28 Hotel stands out from other budget hotels we have stayed in. We are a family of 2 adults & 1 grown teenager and chose the Mini Social room which was perfect for us. Plenty of space. Will definitely stay again.

Tahlia and her staff do an excellent job keeping this property immaculate. Yes it is located on a very busy street and the rooms have that noise but the property is immaculate and well priced.
Bar staff Tahlia, Ellie, Bimmi (pretty Thai lady), Faes and Russ are a lot of fun, friendly, welcoming and they make a mean cocktail or 2.
Food at the Thai place was superb to average.... Tum Yum Goong was avg... the beef salad A .
Worth a stay....i
I was here 4 nights...partied like a 1960s rock...

I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had.
It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...
