Hotel location is great, It is close to everything. staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Eric is helpful with travel advices and being really supportive during our staying. only thing is breakfast was limited. otherwise this hotel is great.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff

We unexpectedly had to book a single night in Sydney and ended up here. The hotel was absolutely lovely, and the staff were fantastic. We would definitely consider coming back here if visiting Sydney in the future.

Splendid two-day business stay.

This delightful small boutique hotel was perfect for my two day business trip to Sydney. The room was simple but very clean and quite practical for my purposes. The staff could not have more helpful. I was able to get Ubers easily from the location to get around town. The Broadway shopping centre was just up the road and I was able to see a film in the few recreational hours I had at the very comfortable Hoyts cinema.

Beautiful accomodation to stay at in Sydney, a friend and I flew in for a training course for the weekend and were welcomed with a huge smile from Lupita at reception. The lovely atmosphere of the hotel, where the staff were very accommodating and full of local information, nothing was a bother to them. Thanks so much, we enjoyed our stay. For anyone looking for a conveniently located short stay close to Central, the property offers good value. Amenities need modernising, and for a light sleeper noise from adjacent rooms could be an issue. Bed comfortable and room well laid out.

Amazing one-night stay! Free breakfast in the morning, and incredibly helpful staff at the reception desk. Parking was simple once it was explained to us- cheap parking a 2-min walk away, or free weekend parking on the same street. Only downside is I was able to hear the plumbing of the next room over, but it was able to be drowned out with the TV.

It's been a few years since I have been to the Vulcan Hotel, but I'm glad to see that it is still at a very high standard. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly and the room was comfortable and very clean. The whole hotel had the feel of being well looked after. It's a very short walk up to Broadway with lots of buses to the city, and an easy walk to wonderful Glebe Point Road. The rooms were very quiet. All in all, an exceptional stay.
