Hi Jorge,We know there is nothing wrong with the room you stayed at, you're just being spiteful. It is very arrogant of you to abuse this review system just because you didn't get what you wanted. You cannot make a booking, and then expect us to cancel it free of charge 3hrs after check in time because you changed your mind. You had many days to change your mind but you decided to leave it too late. We knocked back several bookings and you expect us to loose money because you decided you do not want to drive another 40minutes? Don't worry though, we can promise you, we will definitely cancel your booking in the future, free of charge and instantly.

Hello Jodi, I’m sorry you didn’t like us calling you about a valid credit card. As explained to you before, the card you provided has insufficient funds when we tried to process your payment on the day you are checking in. Without you notifying us, it’s only fair for us to make sure it is in fact a valid booking. Most people don’t have any problem with that. Kindly contact the motel in the future if you plan to use a different mode of payment. We are confident you enjoyed your stay anyhow. Hi Vicky, thank you for staying and for taking your time to leave us a review. Even if we are only a small family motel - our toilet papers are definitely 3 ply, sometimes even 4 - we are happy to send you a sample if you want to recount. Moreover our toilet paper are of top quality - so as our staff as you very well know one of them. The bathroom layout is unfortunately something that we cannot change easily. We can only keep it spotless. We are the only motel in town centrally located but off the hiway and with newly renovated bedrooms yet still maintain a very reasonable price.
