Boutique 1 bedroom condo conveniently located in the heart of shopping, buzzing restaurant/bars, ghost tours, historical sites, and entertainment. Sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 or 3 children.... possibly six total with King air mattress. Prime location and walk to any where. In your living space you have a full kitchen and dinning for 4. Newly renovated and Furnished in historic Charleston. Walk out the door, walk right into every thing there is to do in Downtown Charleston! In a very quick walk you can be taking carriage rides, pedi cab rides, going on ghost tours, walking through market street, where there is a local market every day, dining at one of the many restaurants or ending your night at one of the local pubs.

Cute place. Great Location

Things to keep in mind… condo is on second floor with about 25 steps. No parking. Still not sure where to park, but we paid about 35$ a day to park. Towels are In bottom of dresser drawer. No toiletries. So make sure you bring your own.

Great Location but a few hiccups

Excellent location on King Street in Charleston, SC. The condo's decor is modern and clean with spacious living room and bedroom. There were no basic soaps or shampoos available in the bathroom and the bathroom only had one set of towels. The other towels were found wet in the dryer. Upon arrival, the unit was unlocked and unable to secure from the inside and outside. We immediately contacted the host, which assured us we could leave our belonging unlocked inside. Upon insisting that was not an option, the host sent a locksmith. He arrived 90 minutes later, which unfortunately resulted in us missing our dinner reservation. The situation was resolved, and we were able to secure the condo for the remainder of our stay. There was a notice on the door that it was a non-permitted short-term rental and unsafe to occupy. We did not find that it was unsafe.

The location of this apartment is perfect for a weekend away! The apartment was nice and clean and the owner was easy to get ahold of and helpful!

Beautifully furnished, clean & comfortable apartment. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping as well as College of Charleston. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean & cute

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few short days. The property was brand new, clean, and right on the Main Street in Charleston! The place was quiet and comfortable, and Joe was extremely thorough in providing us with all the information we needed. Lots of coffee shops, retail, restaurants and bars around. Just be aware there is a long staircase to get up to the apartment if you’re handicapped in any way. Awesome experience!

Perfect Location

Clean, fresh apartment right in the heart of Charleston. Great for travelers who wants some space; it's perfect for an active couple who likes to walk. The furnishings are clean, comfortable and chic. The towels are big and fluffy, the sheets are clean and soft. The owner has done a great job making everything easy and simple. I hope I have an opportunity to stay here again. Book it!

AWESOME LOCATION!!!

Harleston Village could not be located any closer to the epicenter of Charleston. It is literally a 2-minute walk to 10 different bars and restaurants. The furniture and bedding are all new and very comfortable. The apartment is decorated to the 9s and it is very spacious. There is a 65" TV mounted in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. For entertaining, there is a small 4-seat table and a bar top in the kitchen with a few stools. The full-size fridge is new and clean, and the electric stove is in great condition. There are a few issues worth mentioning. 1) The stairs up to the unit could be a nightmare for someone with issues coming up or going downstairs. This unit is not handicapped accessible - at all. You will be walking up the equivalent of 2 flights of stairs without a landing. There is no stopping point half way up. And at the bottom of the stairs, the door practically butts up against the steps. So it makes it tricky getting the door open to get out of the door if you have your hands full with luggage. Additionally, the apartment is located in the heart of King Street so there is no parking included. So loading/unloading can be tricky. Street parking is free 6PM-9AM, but after that, it is $2/hr and you better pay it because it is strictly enforced and you will get a ticket. But there are a lot of parking garages in the area so it wasn't an issue for me and my wife. Overall, I LOVE THIS PLACE and hope to stay here again. It is absolutely perfect for a couple in good health without any issues with stairs. If you are lucky enough to stay here - you are lucky enough. Enjoy the space, and go up the street to Halls Chop House (5 minute walk). You will LOVE IT!

We stayed for a few days this past weekend and had a wonderful time! It was such a beautiful and spacious apartment equipped with everything one could possibly need. We even stayed a day extra because we were having such a good time. Owner was very responsive and kind.

Great stay location was perfect. Everything was clean and check in instructions were great !! Just one note there are quite a lot of stairs as the rental is on the second floor. Not big deal, just take note
