"First impression was very friendly and efficient, however the follow up was not as I’d hoped. Very disappointed . Overpriced for the actual experience:("

"The property was old and dated. Light fixtures hung broken on the wall. The room furniture was chipped and old. The bathroom was clean but dated. We were very disappointed. "

"Our deluxe king room was quite snug. We stayed on the 4th floor and the person above us was stomping so so much. The property is absolutely lovely and the location was ideal- easy walking to lots of wonderful food. I would definitely recommend this hotel- maybe just spring for the superior king. "

"The room we were assigned had no hot water. We were moved to a new room and had to pack up and move. Granted we had hot water but we’re located right off the front desk and the staff had way too much fun until way too late. The fee $150, was not completely refunded. We received a $75 credit and then a $64 credit - not $150 in my math. Parking for $11 a day? That’s crazy! We’ve stayed at nicer places with free parking. All over we were very underwhelmed at our stay and will not be choosing this hotel again. "
