This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This is a very nice property/experience for a couple. The unit was small, but very clean, convenient, has a great owner (lives upstairs) and suitable for folks planning to be fairly on-the-go while visiting the Charleston area. Overall, an excellent value!
Lovely, immaculate, and easy walking distance to downtown Charleston. Comfortable and well appointed quarters. Nicely done, and great communications with the host.
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The host provided helpful & detailed communication throughout our stay. The location was great - we were able to walk (or short Uber ride) to many of our spots of interest in Charleston - amazing restaurants, bars, historical highlights. Quaint lodging that provided a true Charleston feel to it.
Great property! Very clean and worked perfectly for what we needed. A bit of a week if you were headed to marketplace area but only 10 minute walk to restaurants/bars on north end of King Street. Communication was excellent and very timely. Great experience!
We walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner. We walked to the City Market and Waterfront Park.
Perfect cozy and clean place to stay. The bed was very comfy. Sitting out on the porch was relaxing. Enjoyed walking everywhere and we didn’t need to use our car. We appreciated the parking space in the back. We would stay here again.
This was the perfect rental for my husband and I. We were able to walk everywhere and even had an off-street parking space. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We plan to return in the Fall :)
Excellent neighborhood location within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, the historic district and tourist spots. Clean and well-equipped studio that has everything you need for a short stay. Communication was excellent with owner (who lives upstairs with his young family) and the management company. We moved from Connecticut to Greenville eleven years ago. When we found out that long term friends from Connecticut were planning a trip to Charleston we decided to meet them for dinner. Your apartment was in the perfect place at a better price than most hotels. Loved the cleanliness, the communications from you and the apartment. Will definitely stay again.
Clean, comfortable accumulation. Slept well in king size bed. AC was great. Amenities well stocked. Only negative would be very narrow drive to parking area. Plan on using a smaller vehicle.Loved sitting on fully furnished porch
We had a great time during our visit to the low country of Charleston. Neighborhood was nice and allowed for nice dinners close by. Coffee was always a short walk away and very good, there is good coffee supplied in the rental as well. Housekeeping clearly cares and does a good job. Having a parking space helped avoid hassle and additional charges. Overall this was a perfect stay for us.
Classic Charleston vibe. Loved the decor, cleanliness and especially the reserved parking spot! Bed was very comfortable and had a lovely porch to relax on while having morning coffee. We used Lyft/Uber and they were there almost immediately! It was a short trip to all Charleston restaurants and shops. Some street noise since it is close to a hospital/street but this did not disrupt our sleep. Host was responsive and provided great suggestions! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is within easy walking distance to King Street, and there is grocery and restaurants nearby. The efficiency apartment is large enough for 2 people and sitting on the porch was an added bonus
Host was amazing - super communicative and gave great instructions. The location is fantastic,easy walk to King street and having dedicated parking was a plus. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the noise from the upstairs tenants.
