"The hotel was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to downtown Charleston an easy Uber about 11 minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay."

"Convenient location and nice view but hotel is run down- needs fresh paint etc. no good food or coffee shops on resort or walkable. 2 of 4 nights they had private events that limited access to site beach etc. fish house restaurant on site is not very good. Pools are nice."

"Very clean room and facilities! Comfortable huge bed. Big screen tv. Quiet room. Bathroom big with hot shower and good water pressure. Room exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a buffet bar with choices of bagel/bread with toaster, eggs with sausage, hot grits, waffle maker and toppings, yogurt machine, fruit, juice machine and coffee/teas. Did not use pool this time. Quick check-in/out via online with digital keys was a great way for access and room entry without needing to go to front desk. Parking was getting full but with some spots remaining. Overall very impressed."

"The hotel was clean, staff not very helpful on check in. This hotel is very difficult to find, the address and the hotel are on different streets No telephone number was provided to help us find the place. We spent an hour in heavy traffic locating the hotel. The breakfast was marginal, the staff ran out of several food items one of which is my wife's favorite. Parking was very easy and a pass was provided for multiple night stays. I would say that this stay was a disappointment."

"The property is beautiful. We stayed in a King Suite corner room facing the harbor and the room itself lacked decor and was very minimalist and plain which did not match the property as a whole which is beautiful and elegant. The room just did not meet our expectation given the beauty of the property. The breakfast was fantastic and everyone was very professional and kind. "

"The room was clean and it’s a good location. However, the staff was hard to get in touch with and not personable. The rooms are older and the breakfast is subpar. Not worth the price."
