"The property was fine. The only issue I had regarded the WiFi which did not work. The attendant at the reception desk was no help. He said he would make some calls and get back to me, but he didn’t. I ended up contacting a technical help desk guy whose contact phone number was on a card in the room. After about 20 minutes of discussions with him, he finally provided me with direct access to the server and it worked fine. Just more trouble than I would expected."

"The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I booked because of the shuttle to the airport but the shuttle also can bring you to the convention center and Tanger outlet. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Everything is clean and comfortable"

"I loved my stay here. Joey at the front concierge desk was so helpful, especially as I had a few bags with me. He also provided me with great advice on local restaurants. My room was amazing and I had a view of the park! "

"The airport shuttle runs only from certain times of the day, if you need it slightly earlier, you are out of luck. Hotel also lists that the shuttle is an "area shuttle " up to 3 miles, but will now only take you to limited places that they designate and no where else. Hotel should clearly state that, it is misleading and I would have booked elsewhere had I known these things. Disappointed. Had to spend extra money to compensate for things that were supposed to be included in my stay."

"I loved the old school vibe with the urban style incorporated into it. I think they did well captivating the original 1960’s feeling while also being very up to date. The vibe quite honestly reminded me of the old TV show, the Jetsons(unfortunately there are no flying cars). On top of the wonderful service and nice clean vibe, they were also one of the best options in the area in terms of cost. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be staying here again when I find myself in the area."

"I almost don’t want to share this hidden gem. Even though this hotel is small, it has everything you need for a great stay at affordable price. Our room was clean and spacious. Our shower broke and they immediately replaced a new shower head. Beautiful courtyard where my husband watched a game while we sat having drinks by the fireplace and listening to a live steel drum singer. The staff was polite and location couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be staying again. The only con is the small size of the pool which felt like bath water. Otherwise, we had a perfect stay at the Ryder Hotel."
