"The staff were very kind when I checked in, which was very easy to do online beforehand. The room my mom and I shared was handicap accessible which was great for her. The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was very nice and clean, the shower was our only issue because of the temperature and pressure but it was only a minor inconvenience. The free breakfast was great as well, a good variety of options to choose from. Overall I would definitely recommend La Quinta."

"The French Quarter Inn absolutely lives up to its reputation for Southern hospitality and charm. From the moment we arrived, every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed — from the complimentary champagne at check-in to the bikes available to borrow. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The location in the Historic District couldn’t be better — we could walk everywhere: the waterfront, art galleries, great restaurants, and all the hidden cobblestone alleys that make Charleston so special. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The breakfast and evening wine and cheese reception were both lovely bonuses that made us feel more like guests in someone’s elegant home than in a hotel. We will definitely be back on future trips to Charleston."
