"I did not use the laundry service or air conditioning. Room itself was very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the lounge that was available 24/7 for free coffee and tea. "

"The room was very clean, had all the amenities and I love that the kitchenette had a filtered tap water! It also has an empty fridge we can store everything in, a microwave AND a kettle! Also real dishes to eat off of. No laundry room but there is a towel warmer that we used to dry off hand washed clothes. The location is FANTASTIC! Right across the street from Buckingham palace but just out of the way so it's not super busy. The metro station, Victoria was also 5 min walk which was fantastic. We used that station for everything, and there is so much great food around. A favourite brunch place nearby was Timmy Green. Staff was so nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Great stay!"
