"Repair air conditioner as there not built in, so vented more hot air than cold air into room Contacted front desk about tv and then he was blaming us for touching it when it was on when we got room, wouldn’t stay again "

"The staff were so nice, kind and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only problem was that AC was on and made the room cold, had to call to have maintenance to come and switch it to heat. Not being able to shut off the fan was a downfall, but other than that this is a great stay. Would stay there again, hopefully without so much construction around which hindered UBER being able to pick up."

I recently stayed here and was blown away by how they’ve managed to preserve the historic soul of the Old Stock Exchange building while layering in sleek, high-end comforts. Why it’s a 5-Star Experience: The Aesthetic: The lobby is breathtaking. The transition from the grand, marble-clad exterior to the "Greed is Good" era-inspired (but chic!) interiors is seamless. It feels expensive without being stuffy. The Rooms: Impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet for a downtown hotel. The beds are cloud-like, and the tech—from the lighting controls to the high-speed Wi-Fi—is intuitive and modern. Location, Location, Location: You are right in the heart of the Financial District. Whether you’re walking to the waterfront, hopping on the SkyTrain, or heading to a meeting, everything is within a 5-minute radius. Dining: Hydra Estiatorio on the ground floor is a must-visit. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, go for the Mediterranean sea bass. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences in the city. Service: The staff here are the real MVPs. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was incredibly attentive and actually seemed happy to help, which can be rare in busy city hotels. Pro Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors. The view of the surrounding architecture and the peek-a-boo glimpses of the mountains are worth it."

"Location was very good, each and every one of the stuff at the hotel was amazing. The receptionist at the front desk who checked us in, the maintenance man working on our AC, the cleaning stuff in the hotel, the lady attending to our room -2808 and each and every worker at the hotel. I gave a negative review only for the management that in my opinion are doing a poor job and are not really capable to running the hotel properly. We were checked in to room 2903, unpack, organized the room and bathroom to our liking and then realized that the AC drain is clogged, the unit was leaking and didn’t cool. Another trip downstairs with the AC technician to explain the issue. The lady attending the reception imminently moved us to 2808 and told us that the room will be ready in 20 minutes. Once again, waiting to the elevator 15 minutes to go up, pack and then come back down, surrounded the old keys and pick up the new keys for the replacement room. Again half an hour wasted time with the elevators that two of them were out of order while the other two had no floor display working, broken floor tiles and usually traveling together with the cleaning, maintenance and laundry crew!!! Finally, we were situated in our room which was great. During the up and down trips, we met many of the hotel staff who were wonderful. The next morning we met Bella, our room attendant who was so so sweet and nice and made our stay on her floor a wonderful experience."
