"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. Our host Cindy was very helpful and was literally a phone call away. She was always reachable and ready to help. The location of the apartment was super great and was accessible from the metro. There were grocery stores nearby. Overall a great experience. "

"The bed was comfy. Sadly nothing else was good about this apartment. It lacks basic amenities such as soap and curtains. We were kept awake all night by a broken down fridge fan that wouldn’t stop making noise, and then kept awake in the early hours of the morning by the sunrise as there are no curtain on one side of the apartment. "Our room was surprisingly spacious, and everything we needed was provided. The property has one very small elevator. This created a backlog for guests trying to get to the Port of Barcelona at the same time. The hotel should seriously consider adding an elevator or expanding the existing one. "
