"Location is fantastic right in middle of busy place and a few minutes walk from the leaning tower and duomo. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and good size but very old fashioned and dated. Hotel in my opinion needs refurbished and it could be Grand once again. There a roof terrace with restaurant at night. We used it during the day and no one was about. "We visited Hotel Bologna at the end of our trip arriving just around lunchtime then an overnight stay with breakfast before a late flight the next day. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The reception team could not have been more welcoming, showing us to our room, outlining the and where all of the sights and shops were. Room was comfortable. The breakfast selection was fine, varied and service efficient. We were able to leave our luggage until it was time to go to the airport....
