The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Despite being very close to the airport, it is necessary to take a taxi at a cost of approx 16 euros to get there. Breakfast in the dining room was good but there was no provision for an early breakfast (before 7am) for our early flight. A takeaway breakfast was provided but this wasn't great - i would have liked some fresh fruit such as a banana to be included.

We stayed at this hotel as our flight into Pisa arrived late at night, a taxi from the airport cost us €16. The receptionists were lovely and the lady that checked us out was really helpful in giving us directions. The property itself is a little dated but was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise for us as there was a great selection and all of the food we tried was great.

Excellent location close to both the airport and the Pisamover parking for visiting Pisa. There is a large carpark. Breakfast is excellent. The lifts need sorting out. One of the three was out of order and another had a door which closed on us several times when entering. The staff were extremely helpful.

Originally chosen as it stated there is an airport shuttle but told on arrival this was not the case. Also a walk from Pisa is closer to the airport than this hotel. Amenities are okay but poor for a 4 star hotel and it’s not close to any other cafes or restaurants. Breakfast was good although very crowded considering we went in offseason

One-night stay. Walls and ceilings are most likely made of cardboard. Zero soundproofing. People were walking around at midnight, talking and laughing loudly in the hallways. Neighbors were "having their fun" and moaning loudly. I woke up at least four times during the night. I would not consider this hotel again. Breakfast was delicious, though and the staff were friendly.

A really good hotel, close to the airport and PisaMover but not walking distance to either and no shuttle to the airport. Beginning to show its age but still very clean and comfortable.
