"Pros: neighborhood was nice, great location to train station and small, but offers plenty of room. Cons: Owner did not respond to any messages until I was able to have someone call them. Although most of the apartment is clean, the bathroom needs some help. Floor was not washed, shower is moldy. The worst part is that they have bedbugs in one of the beds. I have about 100 bites on my arms, hands, legs and any other exposed part of my body. I am miserable and have been home now for 2 days....

"I was in Florence with my adult daughter. The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally minutes away from all the attractions and sites. Plenty of places to dine in the evening. The internet worked very well. The bathrooms are tight but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have a dinner at home. A couple minor things. Buy paper towels/napkins to have on hand because there were none there. The interior bedroom has a beautiful stained glass...

"Great space for our family of five (3 adult children). The location was 5 mins from train station and within walking distance to all sites. It is four flights of stairs, with no elevator (which was a great way for us to burn off our extra calories from gelato) but may be difficult for some with mobility issues. Gregorio was very responsive and accommodating with our early arrival and we were given the opportunity to store luggage after check out if we needed."
