Beware
Air Condition didn’t work. Trust me. I’m a HVAC engineer and the thermostat was in the cooling mode and the split system evaporator wouldn’t produce cold air for nothing. Probably OK to stay during the winter, but not when the outdoor temperature was 75-83 degrees F. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and it was tough getting up those stairs with luggage. Parking is terrible. The closest park (costs) was at least a 1/2 mile away. Don’t forget with luggage. This apartment was not in the center of things. It was still a hike to get to food and sights. Thank goodness it was one night. We had booked multiple VRBO’s during our stay in Italy and this place was the worst.

Lovely place in a great area
Sadly, we only stayed one day. This would have been a wonderful place to stay for an entire week or more in Florence. Absolutely adorable, clean, well stocked, easy access, comfortable. It could not have been better, Thank you.

Great little place
The apartment is small but very comfortable and plenty of room for four. The unit was actually better than the pictures showed. The manager was very nice but does not speak English. This is a third floor walk up but the stairs are easy.

Perfect Retreat
Florence is buzzing with tourists and this Apartment is the perfect oasis. We grabbed food from a local market and enjoyed most of our dinners in the kitchenette, but if you in the mood for a coffee, beer, wine or pizza there plenty of wonderful restraints and cafes in the neighborhood.

Nice place close to the city
Annalisa was great communicating. The place was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked (I was a bit cautious about this due to some reviews but in our opinion it worked well!) Our only complain was that parking was not "free" as stated but I suppose I didn't read the description thoroughly (there are free spots about 10-15 mins away from the apartment) Would definitely stay again though for sure!
