This hotels location is amazing. It is in the heart of the city centre and is a short walk from shopping and plenty of food options. The pool was a lot of fun and the staff were super helpful and welcoming.

The property is nice and conveniently located in the city. We had an issue with our room that you wouldn’t expect with this kind of hotel but the staff dealt with it promptly and efficiently so we were very happy.

The staff were all exceedingly helpful, though Miguel deserves a special mention! The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot, but metros are also close by.

Nice clean room, big enough to be comfortable, good size bathroom, the staff very helpful. Within walking distance from many attractions. Definitely will come back.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Plaza de España area. It’s 20 meters walk from the metro, which is super convenient if you plan to go to Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium. I took line 10 metro and 15/20 minutes later I was in front of the stadium! Aside from that, it’s right next to the start of Gran Via, which is full of shops, restaurants and bars. The location of the hotel is fantastic, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful Staff, the buffet breakfast was really good. Also walking distance to Atocha train station.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to all the attractions, dining, transport etc. staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Foyer is a nice place to relax. Staff are very friendly. Three overflowing garbage bins at the front door was a bit off putting though.

The location is central to train and bus and department store and boutique shopping. Surrounded by multi price point eating venues and markets. Easy access to football stadium. parks and museums and galleries. Staff are energetic, fun and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful room and wonderful breakfast. Rooftop bar was very nice, if a bit cold in winter but blankets provided. The mojito was best I've had, and the pork quesadillas we excellent.

Great place with a very modern aesthetic. Close to everything located in the heart of Madrid. Generous checkout time of noon also.

we only stayed here one night but wished it was longer. it is very close to a metro station and with helpful clear instructions from reception staff we saw a lot of Madrid. leaving early to catch our plane there was complimentary coffee, juice and pastries available if we had wanted. we also had one dinner here which was much better than we had hoped.
