This hotels location is amazing. It is in the heart of the city centre and is a short walk from shopping and plenty of food options. The pool was a lot of fun and the staff were super helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel

The location of the hotel is fantastic, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful Staff, the buffet breakfast was really good. Also walking distance to Atocha train station.

The property is nice and conveniently located in the city. We had an issue with our room that you wouldn’t expect with this kind of hotel but the staff dealt with it promptly and efficiently so we were very happy.

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Foyer is a nice place to relax. Staff are very friendly. Three overflowing garbage bins at the front door was a bit off putting though.

The staff were all exceedingly helpful, though Miguel deserves a special mention! The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot, but metros are also close by.

Best hotel we stayed in throughout Europe. Don’t let the distance from the city get in the way!

Nice clean room, big enough to be comfortable, good size bathroom, the staff very helpful. Within walking distance from many attractions. Definitely will come back.

Great location center of Madrid Reception staff was very helpful and friendly We did not asked them to do the room but got fresh towels every day Did not take breaks fast as many eating places around Very hand right across the same road 200 meters have self service laundry They accept cards but take some coins as dryer accept only coins Very good location two metro station close by

Stayed here countless times over last 10 years or more and always enjoy. Always get my favourite room as requested.

we only stayed here one night but wished it was longer. it is very close to a metro station and with helpful clear instructions from reception staff we saw a lot of Madrid. leaving early to catch our plane there was complimentary coffee, juice and pastries available if we had wanted. we also had one dinner here which was much better than we had hoped.
