"It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary. "

"Rented this property for my elderly mom. At first glance it seemed like a nice place to stay for the week. However, there were a few things that became annoying that made the stay less than desirable. The lack of kitchen appliances was one thing, for example no toaster. The biggest complaint though was no hot water. I communicated through the app and did receive responses fairly quickly. Even though they sent a technician, the problem wasn't resolved. It was only after the stay did they say that they found a solution for future guests. No compensation, just sorry. Sorry, but that doesn't cut it. Not for having to go without hot water for a week. "The place was clearly cheaply built, and the people living upstairs (owner?) Were tromping around until last more than once and there is clearly no soundproofing out in. Also handyman came to caulk the kitchen backsplash during our visit which was just weird. Also, there is no control for the temperature in the unit so you're at the mercy of whatever the main for decides they want the temp to be up there which is clearly different than the basement. "
