"Staff were very helpful. Be aware that to avoid cleaning charges you need to clean the apartment yourself and also take out garbage. The apartment was clean but not spotless when we arrived and the bathroom shower gel and shampoo containers had not been refilled. Would be nice if they had operating instructions for the appliances in the apartment as we had some difficulty working them out. Main advantage of this place is that it is really central to the main attractions in the center of Madrid. Very easy to walk everywhere. Would therefore stay here again."
