"Rooms were ok. Had issues getting anything on our TV but we didn't really need it much. Shower had issue and reported and repaired same day which was good to see. In room coffee machine had water in when we arrived and never changed the whole stay which put us off using personally. We had a room near what must have been a housekeeping office as this was particularly noisy zone especially in a morning but housekeeping team themselves were fantastic. Staff were lovely and welcoming throughout the whole stay. Breakfast food was lovely, a wide choice of all what you need to start your day. Coffee option could be improved. It's a pod you put in a machine and could be improved. Hotel location was fantastic for our needs and getting around the city. Overall, a decent hotel in a good location that could improve a couple of things to make it it's best. Thanks. "

"Very comfortable hotel situated in the centre of the city within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and very reasonably priced."
