Incredible service

The staff were amazing, helpful in every way. Whatever we needed they responded - all hotels should send their staff to observe what exceptional service is all about. They provided us with great recommendations for food and even loaned us an English guide for Madrid. Amazing in everyway.

Traveling with friends and family. Considering giving up on Hotels.com bookings. Our rooms on this entire trip were considerably inferior to our friends even though the prices were in the same ballpark. The new loyalty program isn’t proving to be a better program. The old incentives were better.
