Communication from hotel front desk staff was brilliant even before we arrived, with really helpful recommendations for our stay, thank you Omar and colleagues. Breakfast buffet excellent and helpful friendly service at all times. We had a cocktail tasting in the bar on our final evening, very professional and passionate staff Fabiano and Marco, wonderful experience and icing on the cake for yet another truly awesome holiday in Venice. "Carolina, the front desk manager, was an absolute delight. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and friendliness made us feel right at home. Her infectious enthusiasm and personalized interactions made our time with her feel like a truly special experience. On our first evening, Carolina went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She provided us with a list of locally hidden restaurants and a popular spot for the locals. She even went out of her way to help me find a local hairstylist to touch up my hair after all the recent rain. Carolina contacted two salons and set up an appointment for me that same day. I ended up going to Aldo Coppola, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Carolina’s recommendations for restaurants were also top-notch. She suggested so many great places to eat that I’ll definitely be booking my stay here again! PSA: for a phenomenal view of the Grand Canal, request room 301 or 302 on the 3rd floor."
