" H10 Palazzo Canova is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location, overlooking the water by the famous Rialto Bridge. Maria welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco. She gave excellent service throughout our stay, messaging when our room was ready and helping with our restaurant reservation and trip to Murano. The lounge, dining area, roof top bar and outside terrace are all great areas to unwind. There aren’t many photos of the outside terrace online but it’s great and the dining room has an area overlooking it, a bonus in the nice weather. Breakfast was lovely, a great choice from the buffet with two options from the hot food menu. Fizzy available which we did enjoy on my birthday. Our suite 104 was perfect! A small balcony overlooking the canal, great storage and a bath and shower. The Rituals products added to the luxury. We enjoyed many delicious cocktails at the roof top bar after dinner, again great service, a brilliant view and they have patio heaters and blankets if it’s chilly. The staff really make this hotel stand out from the rest. Venice is stunning and we can not wait to return to the H10 Palazzo. "

"Despite a mix-up when we first arrived, everything was quickly resolved with the help of Elisa, the front desk manager. She handled the situation professionally and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly, which we really appreciated. She also arranged a birthday cake and a drink, which was a lovely touch. The accommodation itself was excellent, with a superb location and easy access to everywhere. It’s perfectly situated for exploring on foot, so there’s no need for taxis as everything is within walking distance. "

"Room was ok, but extremely noisy from the square below - not the market people, but people drinking and dining at the restaurant directly below. We ended up leaving a day before we were due to check out, just so we could get a decent night sleep. This could be very different Monday to Thursday nights. Staff were very apologetic, but it’s not their fault people decide to drink, sing and yell out until 4am."

"Overall, very nice stay and room. We stayed in the junior suite, with canal view for a few days. Pros: The staff were very nice and friendly. I had emailed them before coming and they remember and addressed my questions. They walked us straight to our room and we received a free welcome drink which was a really nice touch! The room is very grand - felt like we were in Bridgerton. Very fancy! The bed was comfortable, clean and the set up of the washroom was great. The amenities like the water provided, complimentary cookies, coffee and the shampoo/bath gel, hairdryer were all very appreciated. The staff was very helpful too! We were provided a map and high level of what attractions and restaurants were nearby. Housekeeping also ensured the room was kept nice and clean. Location was fabulous - 5 mins from major attractions Cons: The canal view unfortunately was blocked by the railing and the mosquito screen was broken. A ton of mosquitos came in overnight and we each received 20-30 bites each, which is not the hotels fault. We called them for help and it took them really long to come. They also did not spray the room or install the insect machine like they said until we called a second time later. We had asked for them to take a look at the blood stains on the walls from when we killed the mosquitoes and clean it. It wasn’t done but the staff when they did come were nice and friendly, and helpful. The tv also was not digital or smart, and there was no tea available in room. "

"Wow! We stayed in the apartment and it was FANTASTIC! Two very comfy beds, tons of space, kitchen, living room, great view of the canals. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Loved our stay!"

"We had an amazing stay! Loved our water taxi from airport to hotel. Loved being on the canal. Room was elegant. Staff was terrific. Breakfast was great. Convenient location. It was a dream stay. We did have a problem with the bath tub in our first room. They weren't able to resolve the leak. We moved rooms after a couple of days."
