"bath tub was slippery inside. a sign says we can get non slippery mat available on request. it should be there for use. otherwise it was a pleasant stay. breakfast choices were plenty. good and delicious. the pod is £8 to take you to terminal 5, that was cute convenient. a long corridor walk with the baggage is a bit of walk but still okay. they should have trash bin or cans sling the way. no trash can seen. that’s inconvenient. "
