"It is a nice place to stay. We were in a king room with club access. My main issue was the room was very musty smelling. As we were only staying for one night to give it a try it was okay. However I could also hear the people above us which was annoying at night. The resort is beautiful and the beach clean for a tourist area. The staff lovely. I would come back for a night or two."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful golf course view from the balcony, which was truly amazing and added to the overall experience. However, the balcony had only one chair, whereas two would have been more appropriate. It would also have been helpful if bathrobes and an iron were provided in the room by default. The pools were well maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were not particularly helpful or attentive, which affected the overall dining experience. While the location was convenient, it was not close to the main city area or popular markets. Additionally, some parts of the property did not appear as clean and well-maintained as expected. Overall, the stay was good. Although there were a few positive aspects, particularly the golf view, good pools, and varied breakfast, the property did not offer great value or leave a particularly memorable impression."

"Suarga would have to offer one of the best sunset views in the Uluwatu area. It’s easy to see why so many people come just for a sunset drink — the atmosphere is incredible and the views are spectacular. The breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a great way to start the day. Throughout my stay, all of the food and drinks were delicious and exceeded expectations. A few minor improvements could make the experience even better. The shower took around three minutes for the hot water to come through, and the room was quite noisy from nearby traffic, particularly at night. The bathroom lighting was also quite dim, making it difficult to get ready, and an additional mirror in the bedroom would be a welcome addition. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with stunning views, excellent food, and a unique atmosphere. The location and sunset experience alone make it well worth a visit, and I would happily stay here again."

"Tbh the hotel itself was luxurious and spacious on the outside. But don't think that this hotel is that good yet. First what happened was that we arrived at Movenpick at 3:30 pm aproximately and we had to wait at least 1 hour 30 mins to check in and not only that, they alo didn't have our room ready so they gave us a more down graded and smaller room! For dinner at that place the service was okay. They were telling us something but we didnt understand so we asked again but it was still unclear. The staff also didnt socialise that much with the people who stayed there. The room walls are thin so in the morning we could hear noise which interrupted our sleep. Also in the bathroom the small amenities in packets had the following: toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, shower cap and vanity tools. If you are thinking why I'm listing amenities is because when i opened the toothbrush and toothpaste, the paste was stored in a literal sachet and it was tiny. Yes there were sandals but they were so flat yout would think you were walking on the ground. Also even though you are living in the hotel itself you still have to pay for various thing in the resort. Despite ALL these problems i still liked some aspects of the hotel like the spacious pool, tasty food and drinks( personal fav fruity water and margharita pizza), luxurious places inside, spa( has kids spa too) and last but not least the close beach but sadly it wasn't part of the resort. But overall it was a good experience there."

"The resort is beautiful, the staff is all so warm welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a magnificent view, breakfast was included and fantastic, the 360 restaurant with the ocean view and tons of options healthy juices and wellness shots were amazing !"

"Great service with friendly and polite staff. They took note of my birthday and celebrated for me during breakfast time. Overall, stay was pleasant and great. Only downside was mosquitoes in the room for two nights and we had difficulties sleeping"

"Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Endra and Dwi at the Forest Bar, and Heza at the Unique Rooftop Bar (which has a stunning sunset view). The Chinese restaurant was phenomenal—some of the best food I’ve ever had. I loved chatting with Rai, who always welcomed me with a huge, warm smile. Another young gentleman working there (so sorry I missed his name!) provided true high-end service. By day two, the entire team recognized me and always went out of their way to say hello. Highly recommend!"
