"There was no parking available near hotel. Had to park in the underground parking at the building adjacent to hotel. Parking was under construction so vehicle was very dirty with construction dust. "

"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in your hotel, we really enjoyed the proximity to the Eaton Center and all Downtown attractions. Unfortunately the time was too short. Certainly Toronto has good changes since we last did visit Downtown."

Breakfast was a great way to start the day and the location was excellent- within 20 minute walking distance to many popular spots (Rogers Center, Scotia Bank Arena, the mall, many restaurants and bars) We did not have a vehicle but did notice parking garage across the street. "

"This hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/do. We felt safe in the neighborhood. There is a cable car right outside the hotel which we did use once to get to the distillery district. There is also a Shoppers Drug Mart down the block. We got a room with an amazing view of the CN tower. Such a beautiful sight at night. Our room (two beds) was spacious. Lots of storage space for two adults and a child. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the shower was a separate room from the restroom. We didn’t interact too much with staff. However, the cleaning staff were so accommodating and checked in with us to ensure we had fresh towels and water (we are part of the loyalty program). My husband used the fitness room and said it was modern and had lots of extra amenities like water fountain and towels. The hotel offered coffee and apples in the morning. There is a list a restaurant but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
