"Easy to find Clean room Comfortable bed Breakfast was included but only between 6 and 8am so didn't bother. No hot water to my room, spoke to owner he said leave water running longer, waited 20 min still not hot. Cold shower only. Small patio with table and chairs but no privacy from neighbours and no cover from rain. Disappointing "
