"Well located, many beaches and restaurants near by. However, located on the Nepean Highway where audible fast moving traffic and cars filling at the petrol station next door starts at 4am and slows down around midnight. Family rooms face the road. Traffic noise is particularly loud in room 8 on the ground floor. Mia very kindly and empathetically moved us to another quieter room making it possible to sleep after the first night. But this was after some persistence at the front reception who first offered ear plugs, then asked 'what were we hoping for as a solution' to the loud traffic noise. "

"We had a great stay ( 19 of us) even though the weather wasn’t warm enough Christmas week to swim! The yard was great all the kids had lots of room to play all their games etc! The kitchen was fairly well stocked ( even kids dishes etc) we picked up a blender for smoothies etc & scouring pads to scrub pots & pans. Each person got 1 towel which we could have used more for the week but all good! I would recommend this holiday house for large groups as it almost all the boxes! The Bbq area was great as well."
