The rooms and food were amazing but it was every single staff member that made this stay 5 stars for us.

Wonderful host and excellant breakfast in dinning room with otherguests.Traditional B&B. Highly recommended.

We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Lake which was both unexpected and much enjoyed. The concierge Gabriel was very cheerful and helpful with local recommendations. The breakfast was extensive.

We had a great stay. The rooms were very spacious and love the staff were lovely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Check-in was a breeze. As soon as you walk into the foyer the large open fireplace set the tone for our stay. Warm and inviting. Rooms are upstairs with no lift but help with the bags is available. Room was a bit small but well equipped with amazing shower (no bath). Flush handle on the toilet was loose but worked fine. No need to leave the hotel for food as the restaurant is first class and breakfast as good as I have had anywhere. Service was first class with staff very helpful and...

The gorgeous property, beautiful gardens, friendly staff and exceptional food.

Gorgeous immaculate property. I'm very fussy when it comes to property condition and cleanliness, this property however ticked all my boxes. Absolutely no regrets staying here and would highly recommend.

Great hosts. Excellent hospitality.

Charming property and very comfortable room. Terrific hosts. Easy walk to Inverness town centre. Happily stay there again.

This bed and breakfast is an absolute hidden gem. The room was beautifully presented with cute armchairs, good storage and comfortable beds. Helen was amazing - she provided tea and coffee in the room, her breakfast was absolutely divine and extremely well organised, and the location was within walking distance to the beach and the main town. A really exceptional option for anyone visiting Inverness, Culloden or the Clava Cairns.

What a fabulous gem this accommodation is! A great location, close to the centre of Inverness. A short walk in. Chris is a great host and the breakfast is wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Joan was super efficient and catered to our every need, breakfast was fabulous, cooked freshly to order sitting in an area overlooking a pretty garden.

Highland Bear Lodge was the pinnacle of our holiday experience in the UK. The owners Rache and Mark could not have been more helpful and friendly providing an ultimate relaxing holiday experience. Wonderful luxurious accommodation, fresh flowers all around, wonderful breakfast, complimentary whiskey for night time lounging. Their knowledge of the surrounds made for great day time experiences visiting ancient stone carins, viking stones, historic towns and Loch Ness. The rooms are very spacious...

The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland!
