We needed a place to stay last minute due to the power outage from storm Amy…..happened into this place and it was great. Very welcoming staff, very clean room with great view of the loch. Easy walk down the drive to grab dinner which was tasty! Would highly recommend

The staff was amazing from the time of arrival till we left. They truly make you feel at home. Dinner was delicious and staff were great. We were able to walk over and enjoy. Bought a bottle of wine back to enjoy in the downstairs room with the fire going.

5 star breakfast and service.

Only word to describe this property, the staff, and the service is Amazing! From check in to check out the staff made us feel like royalty during our two day stay. Also have to mention the breakfast. I challenge anybody to find a better breakfast at any other B&B. 5 Stars!

Loch Ness gem!

Traveling Scotland and found this gem on Hotels.com. Truly a five star experience from the warm welcome at reception to the sumptous breakfast on our day of departure. Room was large and conformable, the evening fire in the fireplace was relaxing and staff was superb!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Hotel had no power during my stay due to storm Amy, however staff could not be more helpful. Was provided with upgraded room and plenty of candles. Still had hot water and the staff went above and beyond to provide snacks and beverages. Would definitely return.

Our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The room was immaculate, the grounds and views were breathtaking, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Gabriel is a true magician—always there when you need him, somehow knowing what you need before you even ask. It’s rare to experience that level of care and attention. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay for a few more nights! We can’t wait to come back.

First class service - Thanks Gabriel and staff. Excellent rooms and breakfast. Onsite parking and restaurant a short stroll from the property. Close to Loch Ness cruise boat. Lovely reception rooms with comfy chairs and open fire. Gabriel greeted us with a bottle of champagne. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge! The whole experience was lifted to the next level by the excellent 5 star service we received from start to finish. The gentleman running the hotel was wonderful at explaining sights in the area, booking a restaurant, and giving us some great explanations about local whiskeys and how to appreciate whiskey for first-timers. The hotel felt very premium yet still cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting with magnificent views. The hotel manager was very welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this establishment. The self contained cottages available to rent were also superb. We look forward to returning.

A hidden gem worth your attention

Our room was clean and well decorated, it was welcoming. The staff was outstanding, that is truly why I gave an excellent rating. All staff acted with complete professionalism and curtesy; all our needs were addressed. Breakfast was excellent, food presentation was exceptional. We arrived right before the storm "Amy" came, the staff warned us that we might loose electricity and we did. The next morning fruits, cereals and pastries were offered for breakfast due to power loss; the only negative was there was no coffee. I would highly recommend the Loch Ness Lodge if you value outstanding service and the long lost art of excellence of manners and etiquette, it truly was a wonderful stay and the loch views and ground landscape was beautiful.
