Budget accommodation which is clean and had a bath with plenty of hot water. It also provided a kettle etc. We asked for a cot which was provided. It would have been good to have a fridge

bit outside main Inverness town but very accessible and there is large Aldi shopping center just in 5 min walking distance. Rooms are real tiny and no closet space. paid internet is annoying

A bit far out of town. No lifts. Advertised free WiFi but it is only for 30 minutes and then you have to pay. Positives were that it was easy to park, a very quiet area and larger than average rooms.

The staff were great, the room was clean. The offer of "free" wifi is for two devices at 30 minutes, ouch, especially when travelling with family. The breakfast "included" is if you see the note there is an additional fee. Shame on Travelodge for finding loopholes, Holiday Inn and there fulfilled offers/commitments are the reason we will be booking with them when we return to this spot. Thank you to Expedia for sending us some points to offset the additional costs incurred that were not agreed upon in the original booking.

An amazing place to stay just a few minutes drive away from Inverness City Centre. Dominika at reception was great and really took the time to get to know your destination and give out a local’s point of view of the places that are to be visited!

We understood our stay included complimentary breakfast and wifi. It included neither and the hotel did nothing to compensate for that. They claimed Expedia falsely advertised their amenities. I think they still could have provided us with their take away breakfast at no charge.

I’ll never book with this company again. We couldn’t get into the country due to COVID shutdown and this was the only hotel out of 5 we booked that wouldn’t refund our money. So sad a company has to take advantage of a situation that was totally out of our control. We travel the world every year and this company will never see another dime of our money or anyone we know.
