Our stay for 2 nights at Hotel B&B was excellent! Great location in down Inverness! You could walk to all the restaurants and bars. The employees were very kind and we enjoyed the very nice hot breakfasts also.
Everything was 1st class from check-in to check/out. There was no Bacardi available on our first night at the bar but by lunchtime next day a litre bottle was sitting there with my name on it!!!!!’ Great service from a great staff.
The hotel was all around nice. Location was close enough to everything we wanted to see or do. Parking for a vehicle was close by and rather cheap compared to other hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice and available for a reasonable time in the morning.
EXCELLENT!! This was a clean hotel with an elevator and a super friendly staff. The location was great for our needs: short walk to both the train and bus stations, and also to our tour start on Union Street. There were several pubs and restaurants within a few blocks. Keep in mind several required reservations, which made it a little difficult, but Black Swan Isle was our answer! We felt safe walking in the area. Overall, a great experience in Inverness!
What a great hotel! The whole staff team were fantastic- everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel is also particularly good for visitors with access needs - we stayed in an accessible room which was huge, the location is close to the train station & the bus station (for the sight seeing bus) as well as lots of restaurants and bars. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming up to Inverness.
Very convenient location! 2 night stay. Nice room. Great buffet breakfast. My only issue was that I was not informed at checkin that the room would not be cleaned automatically. But I had enough towels and they took my rubbish away and provided extra sugars when I requested. They also pre booked a taxi for me. Thankyou.
Always love staying in B and B hotels. Inverness had very friendly and helpful staff and the morning breakfast is the BEST! Fuel up for the day! Very comfy and roomy!
The hotel was in the perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. This hotel was very close to the train and bus station. The breakfast provided was excellent, with lots to choose from.
property from the outside is nothing to speak off but the rooms inside we clean, modern enough and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking is a five-minute walk to a public car park, and sometimes unloading at the hotel is tricky.
Staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and decently quiet except for the odd seagull parties😀
A good variety and choice of food at breakfast.
Rooms are basic so you may have to request an extra pillow or towel.
