こちらの旅館の、ホスピタリティの高い対応には感動しました。
担当して頂いた仲居さんは、夜ご飯、朝ごはんの時の説明が丁寧で、時に笑いもありで楽しく、美味しくいただけました。
温泉の湯も、晩朝と2回入れてとてもツルツルになってリラックスできました。
朝ご飯の後は、フリードリンクのコーヒーや紅茶の種類も沢山ありまったり過ごせました。
送迎のバスの運転手の 方の、駅で最後までお見送りも丁寧で嬉しかったです。
人気の犬のまめたろうくんも可愛かったです。
すべてのスタッフの方の笑顔での対応に、また来たいなと思う場所でした。

"急遽GWの琵琶湖に行くことになったのですが、近辺のホテルがとれなかったのでこちらに泊まりました。エキストラベッドのお願いをしておいたので用意してくれてあってとても助かりました。アダルト専用ホテルでしたが部屋はふつうのホテルっぽい内装だったのと、お風呂が広くてゆっくりできたのでとても快適でした。フロントの方も優しかったです。また琵琶湖に行く時は利用し たいと思いました。"

"Hiro is a real hero! He made our stay so special and an unforgettable experience. We had some travel delays and then extended our trip and he has been so flexible with everything and even gave us a ride to the train station! The place is spotless, good internet, the kitchenette made all the difference with home cooking and it's a central but quiet location. 10/10 for sure!"
