"Clean modern apartment. Beds were the comfiest I've stayed in whilst in Japan. Very close to sites of Kyoto. Only niggle was no staff around to ask any questions and the spa wasn't included in the price of the room. 8000yen for 90 minutes"

"Great kitchenette room. Excellent location and helpful staff. The only downside is breakfast, when included,was very disappointing. It was served by the next door cafe that only offered toasted cheese and ham sandwiches, yogurt and juice."
