Excellent laundry facilities. I stayed 5 nights and felt at home there. You will find that some items, such as dishes and toaster, are not there when you arrive but it is simply a matter of asking for whatever you need.

We were made welcome and had 2 car’s accommodated without issue, room was spacious and beds were comfortable, can’t ask for more for an overnighter

Good location close to a restaurant and a short drive from main town centre. Room was very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I needed a place to stopover during a long drive. This place was perfect for that. Reasonably priced, clean and a good hot shower with good water pressure. Directly across the road from a tavern too.

Nice location. Room lacking in many area. We had to ask for glasses, crockery and toaster. The pool was dirty, bedside lamps did not work and reception was unattended when we arrived.

Selected Biloela Palms Hotel since it was the last room available in town due to power plant refurbishment....and I wasn't disappointed with the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of parking...mostly under canopy too. Good wifi in the rooms and a very good restaurant on the premises. Even a little table in front of our room in case you wanted to sit outside to enjoy a beverage or two. Staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel price is towards the expensive end of mid-range.Would recommend this hotel.

There was dirt in the floor, dirt and dust behind the tv and microwave, there was no extra rolls of toilet paper just a third of a roll and less than half a roll to last 3 days. And not once did we see a cleaning trolley go around when we were there. No impressed! Thought we would go for a swim after but the pool was filthy!!

Hi Thank you for your feedback. I apologies that you were not satisfied with your stay. Please note that we do not service the rooms on Saturdays and Sundays however we can provide any amenities upon request. This enables us to keep the weekend rate the same as the weekday rate. I noticed that your stay was only for 2 nights. The pool is clean but we had a severe wind and dust storm on the weekend which blew everything into the pool. We pride ourselves in extremely clean rooms however it appears that we have fallen short this time. I do apologies for this and will talk to our team and see if we can rectify this. Once again I appreciate your feedback and hope that we may be able to see you some other time in the future. Kind regards

A big room with separate dining/lounge to bedroom. Very basic toiletries offered, but sufficient. Had a spa and microwave. Able to check in early which was a bonus. Its getting a little old for the price we paid.
