We were exhausted and it was after midnight, but the service was excellent. A special shout-out to Cynthia, who graciously accommodated us with a room—even after midnight—which prevented a potential nightmare with three young kids. She also arranged a shuttle for us, which was a wonderful bonus since it had already ended. A big thank-you to Julius as well, who was ready to go home but flexed to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend Cynthia, a gem with outstanding customer service, and Julius for his hard work and friendly demeanor. The hotel is well-kept, kid-friendly, and offers a convenient shuttle to the airport."
