The woman that greeted us upon arrival “The Lady”, I believe she’s referred to as that, was one of the sweetest most welcoming and helpful people I’ve met. We instantly felt comfortable. "The property is very unique very clean. Elevators are very fast rooms are updated and very modern. The only thing is the hotel is in a very downtown business area not close to much for sightseeing, but I’m sure it would be great for business, but we were there on a Sunday so a lot of things were closed, but it is a beautiful hotel and the staff was great very accommodating "
