"This is an older property, but certainly met our needs for a place to stay!! The location is great. And with free bus passes we were able to get anywhere we wanted. Every room has a designated parking spot, which was very convenient also. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful! For a budget accommodation we were very pleased."

"We loved our stay at the Moose Hotel! We had a rental car and it was very easy to park. We also loved the close proximity to all the shops in downtown Banff. The hotel amenities were great - visited the hot tub several times after long hikes. Room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again when we come back! "

"The location and staff excellent!! Love the hot tub and free hot cocoa. This is our second stay here first in a loft and recently 2 bedroom cottage. The place is really old and musty the carpet i hope will be replaced as well as the plastic seats in the patio. We vacuum the floors the moment we checked in but it was not enough. I also wish there is an option for a DAYLIGHT LIGJT BULB because the soft white is so gloomy and dark. "
