"place was clean but in some respects there were issues. No bowls...which was remedied by agent...no hose to wash down pets after beach and close to a major cafe...so quite noisy especially on a Wednesday morning when the rubbish is collected. "

My only negative would be that the outside area could be cleaned up and made more useable. It's quite overgrown and messy out there so we didn't use it at all, aside from drying clothes."
